Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process your email address, message, chosen subject and any names you provide voluntarily to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form sends your details over an encrypted connection to a server function hosted by Vercel. We use Resend to deliver the message to office@d3-pool.at. The sending domain is configured for the Ireland region. The receiving mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. Your email address is passed on as the reply-to address. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Technical operation
Vercel hosts this website. Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information are processed to deliver and protect the website. The form validates entries and limits repeated requests to prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Vercel and Resend are US providers; processing outside the EU cannot be ruled out despite the selected sending region. Information on their respective privacy and data transfer arrangements is available from Vercel, Resend and ALL-INKL.COM.
Website statistics
We count page views and clicks on phone, email and contact links to understand how our website is used. Only aggregated daily totals are stored: the page viewed, device category (mobile or desktop) and referral category (direct, search engine, social media, internal navigation or another website). Full referrer URLs, search terms, URL parameters, IP addresses, visitor identifiers and form entries are not stored in the statistics. No analytics cookies are set and no individual usage profiles are created.
The counters are held in private Vercel storage in Frankfurt and can only be accessed in the protected admin area. Up to 90 days are displayed; older daily figures are removed with the next recorded event. Technical connection data are still processed by the hosting provider. “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” signals are respected. You can also disable statistics for this browser; only this preference is stored locally in your browser.
Admin login
After a successful login, the admin area uses a necessary session cookie that cannot be accessed by JavaScript and expires after eight hours. To limit login attempts, an identifier derived from the connection address using a secret key is used. It is valid for 15 minutes; expired entries are removed during subsequent login attempts. The password is stored only as a salted cryptographic verifier.
Retention periods
Enquiries are retained for processing and any necessary follow-up. Once they are no longer needed for this purpose, they must be deleted unless statutory retention requirements or the protection of legal claims require otherwise. Technical logs are subject to the retention periods of the service providers used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, subject to its provisions. To exercise these rights, contact office@d3-pool.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority .
